Community Space

The community space is a dedicated space for our advisors to gather, work from a great city location, host partner meetings and even your own client meetings. The space provides privacy for  in person client and group meetings or for working remotely.. We encourage you to join us anytime.

Our Toronto Relationship Manager, Kendra Tainsh, looks forward to welcoming you to our office while attending our planned community events. TEN teams are designed to support our local community as well as the advisors who work remotely. If you are in the Toronto area, please reach out, we would love a chance to connect.

Head Office

This office offers a variety of boardrooms with available conveniences such as advanced audiovisual systems, large projection screens and teleconferencing capabilities. Should you need to hold a more intimate meeting, you may pre-book our private office. Located centrally within the city, with easy access to transportation as well as a variety of restaurants and eateries.

Enter the building on Queen Street East or via the side entrance on Yonge. The public use desks are located on the 18th floor. To book an 18th floor boardroom please contact Kendra Tainsh.

Yes! We invite you to schedule time to stop in, explore, hold a meeting, or use the space to get some work done!

Yes. We require advance notice from anyone coming in to the office. Please submit your request to come in via kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com and note if you would like a private or public desk. 
No. Travel Edge won't charge you a fee to come into the office. 
Yes, you cannot drop in. Everyone visiting the office must provide advance notice. For the private office please submit at least 24 hours in advance. 
Yes, you must submit your request to kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com.
The office is open 5 days a week: Monday - Friday however, another advisor may have requested privacy for a meeting. Submit your request to kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com.
Yes! You can request some privacy with the community office or you can utilize the co-working space on the floor for a meeting. 
We invite you to set up partner meetings at the office. Just make sure you submit your request to kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com and include the name of the partner, an email and requested date so we can verify availability.
The Toronto office building doesn't require visitor passes to go up to the 18th floor however we ask that you please submit your visit request to kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com at least 24 hours in advance.
There are boardrooms available upon request. Travel Edge won't charge for use however, availability is at the discretion of the business. Please reach out to kendra.tainsh@traveledge.com for requests and information. 
You cannot leave your belongings overnight. To exit the building for a snack, lunch, or meeting you are leaving your belongings unattended at your own risk.
No, this is a professional space that is shared with other companies.
