Advisor Program Client Type How to book Insurance
CA Advisors Canadian Resident

TICO Certified Canadian Advisors with clients who reside in Ontario may book their clients insurance through the provided portal for Manulife. Your login for the Manulife portal was provided in your handbook at onboarding.

If your clients reside outside of Ontario, you must be licensed to sell insurance in their province OR utilize the Manulife Referral Process. Once the insurance has been purchased, come back to ADX to invoice your sale! Note: you can invoice it on the same reference to keep all the information together!

If you are not a TICO Certified Canadian advisor, you must use the Manulife Referral Process. Once the insurance has been purchased, come back to ADX to invoice your sale! Note: you can invoice it on the same reference to keep all the information together!
US Advisors Canadian Resident You must be licensed to sell insurance in Canada. If you are not licensed, you can still earn a commission by utilizing the Manulife Referral Process. Once the insurance has been purchased by your client, come back to ADX and invoice your sale. Note: you can invoice it on the same reference to keep all the information together!
Al Advisors US Resident or a client with a US address

You may book Travelex insurance for your US resident clients directly in ADX. Need a refresher on how to do this? Take a look at the  ADX training on insurance.

 

If your client does not wish to purchase Travelex insurance, you are welcome to explore alternative options of both preferred and non-preferred partners Here. If you book with an external partner, remember to come back to ADX to invoice your sale. Note: you can invoice it on the same reference to keep all the information together!
