Welcome to the New York Community Page

Here you will find information on networking with your peers, in addition to in-office presentations by a variety of suppliers. You will also be advised of exclusive TEN hotel site inspections, general industry events such as hotel roadshows, and other exciting opportunities for advisors. There will be access to photos from events (and we encourage you to take your own photos and send them in), details of past events and information on utilizing the Park Avenue office space.  We are always available to answer any questions you may have about this and look forward to welcoming you to our group.

TEN Community Space

The community space is a dedicated space for our advisors to gather, work from a great city location, host partner meetings and even your own client meetings. The space provides privacy for  in person client and group meetings or for working remotely.. We encourage you to join us anytime.

Spaces New York

The Spaces co-working space offers tables and booths for holding intimate meetings and conversations and there are more private rooms available to reserve and rent for a quieter setting. Located centrally within the city, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and eateries.

Yes! We invite you to schedule time to stop in, explore, hold a meeting, or use the space to get some work done!
Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5pm
Yes. The building requires everyone who enters have a pass. To set up your visit, email maryann.four@traveledge.com.
No. Travel Edge won't charge you a fee to come into the office. 
Yes, you cannot drop in. Everyone visiting the office must have a building badge or visitor's pass. You will not be permitted entry into the building without a pass. 
Yes, you must submit your request to maryann.four@traveledge.com.
The office is open 5 days a week: Monday - Friday however, the space may be blocked for a supplier partner visit or another advisor may have requested privacy for a meeting. Submit your request to maryann.four@traveledge.com.
Yes! You can request some privacy with the community office or you can utilize the co-working space on the floor for a meeting. 
We invite you to set up partner meetings at the office. Just make sure you submit your request to Maryann.four@traveledge.com and include the name of the partner, an email and requested date so we can verify availability.

Yes. These spaces are available to request through the team at SPACES and are subject to availability. 
The price ranges starting at approximately $400+
You cannot leave your belongings overnight. To exit the building for a snack, lunch, or meeting you are leaving your belongings unattended at your own risk.
