Welcome to Santa Monica!

Our 2 night mini-fam itinerary was designed especially for Travel Edge and some adjustments may be made to the schedule.

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early to each scheduled meeting time and we will meet in the lobby, unless otherwise noted. You are going to have a fabulous few days exploring The Regent, Santa Monica, enjoy!

  • Advisor are arriving at various times this morning, transfers from LAX or valet parking will be organized by Regent
  • 6:00pm: Welcome Cocktails
    • Join us for welcome cocktail at the Lower Pool Deck
    • The pool deck is a spacious oceanfront pool deck with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Complimentary delights offered seasonally, along with all day dining from Azure Restaurant and Bar.
  • 6:30pm: Dinner at Orla!    
    • We will enjoy dinner together at Orla, a Regent signature restaurant by Chef Michael Mina. The restaurant inspired by the bustling markets of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, highlighting regional flavors and cooking techniques. Then maybe a nightcap to celebrate our first evening together. 

      
  • 8:00am – 9:00am: Morning Yoga  
    • Start your day with serenity and sea breeze. Join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga session!
  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Breakfast     
    • Join us for breakfast at Atrium Suite and enjoy the spanning ocean views. 
  • 10:00m – 11:00am: Site Tour     
    • Take a personalized tour of the property, exploring guest rooms, amenities, and event spaces while learning more about the experiences we offer.
  • 11:00am – 1:00pm: Lunch at the Pool Cabanas   
  • 1:00pm – 4:00pm: Spa Time!    
    • Enjoy some down time at the Guerlain wellness spa ~ appointments and relaxation time. The spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and 12 private treatment rooms. 
  • 6:00pm: Dinner together, off-site location     
    • Your Regent hosts will be taking you off-site for dinner, transportation will be provided. We hope you have a great evening!

  • American Dollar (USD) – Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s good to have some cash for small purchases.
  • June is a pleasant time to visit Santa Monica. Layered clothing is advised to adjust for cooler mornings and warmer afternoons. Outdoor activities are best planned for the latter part of the day when the skies have usually cleared. With minimal rain, refreshing ocean breezes, and a laid-back coastal vibe, Santa Monica in June is a great destination for beachgoers, walkers, and those looking to enjoy Southern California without the intense heat or crowds of midsummer.
