As part of its commitment to empower independent travel advisors with increased expertise, exposure to worldwide partners and continuing education we have developed partnerships with a collection of the top industry luxury events. Continual learning is paramount in our industry, and we believe in providing our advisors with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and experiences. We also offer our Limitless events which will be a combination of virtual and live events for 2025 and Horizon’s is hosted by Ensemble offering additional partners to our program. Application & Qualification FAQs

Complete the expression of interest form for your desired event.
All advisors must agree to Travel Edge Network's safety and Liability Policy and Code of Conduct Policy. Event hosts' qualifications vary, we suggest you review their websites and T&Cs. Travel Edge requires advisors to be achieving performance objectives (based on contract terms),  regular engagement with Travel Edge Network via Network calls, Limitless, and regional engagement, and your business and customer base must be aligned to the host's product and specialty.
Once you submit the expression of interest you will receive an automatic reply. All names are compiled by event and approximately three months prior to the event, applicants are notified if they are confirmed to attend, waitlisted, or denied attendance.
Event hosts will email invitations directly to you, sometimes these can end up in spam/junk folders.
Once the invitation is accepted, any change or cancel fees are the responsibility of the advisor. Cancellation is strongly discouraged.
Participants need a positive attitude as you will be representing Travel Edge Network. Travel Edge also asks for daily posts on social, Instagram and/or Facebook tagging #wearetraveledge or @wearetraveledge and our sponsor host while at the event. 
Travel Edge will introduce attendees prior to travel, so you can coordinate meeting your fellow travel advisors.

Post-trip we ask that you share photos and videos and complete the event survey within 7 days, and provide a summary of your experience that will be shared with the network. We'll ask you to participate in audio/video testimonials from time to time, to share your feedback on the product/service for network usage.

Any waivers signed by participants are signed on their own behalf and not on behalf of Travel Edge Network. Travel Edge Network bears no responsibility for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property occurring in connection with the Knowledge trip whether occurring to or caused by the participants.

All Travel Edge Network advisors will conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner during the trip. This applies to interactions with supplier representatives and employees, as well as other advisors and travelers. Advisors recognize the importance of their behavior as a representative of both your ‘personal brand’, and that of the Travel Edge Network brand. When meeting with suppliers, guides and hotel representatives, business casual attire is recommended. Those advisors not adhering to the Code of Conduct Policy will not be included in future Travel Edge Network opportunities.
